Yes, in order to join, there are rules you need to follow...

• You don't need a website to join. Just a valid e-mail address.
  
• Fill out the form completely. If you don't have a website, just write NA in the URL field.
  
• No porn/racist/hate sites. If you have one, I'll still accept you as a member, but your site won't be linked. To save me the trouble, write NA in the URL field. This also applies to excessive swearing.
  
• You MUST list your country.
  
• If you have a website, I'd be grateful if you'd put a code up. A text link is fine too.
  
• Make sure the code is somewhere easy to find. And keep it up.
